Poster/Oral Abstract Submission Guidelines
You are invited to submit an abstract for EES 2026, to be held on 27th & 29th November 2026, at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Muscat Oman.

POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 15 May 2026 – 11:59 PM.
NOTIFICATION ON ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: 15 June 2026 – 11:59 PM.
Please note that only electronic submissions are accepted.

Language
All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on the EES 2026 website.
General Conditions
- Abstracts are required for all presentations.
- The submission deadline is 15 May 2026 (23:59 GMT).
- Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by the Early Registration Deadline (30 June 2026) will be scheduled for presentation.
- Abstracts submitted will be accepted only as Poster/Oral Abstracts.
- If selected, presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
- Co-authors must also register for the conference if they wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
- Abstracts should include the following sections: Background and Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Use only generic names of drugs. Presentations must be balanced and free from commercial or promotional content.
- Submissions must not include patient names, hospital ID numbers, or any other identifying information.
- Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.
- Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the congress that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.

Ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation.
